Hey, thanx for your interest :-). The installation location is correct. On the image I can see minidump files. (They are at the lower end of the image.) You could send me one of those zipped up to my email (find it on the team page). I assume a corrupted download though... . Can anybody else confirm a successful install?

I've taken down the server again due to maintenance issue. (for some reason it was starting up and going down constantly.) thanx for your expressed appretiation ;-). I'd also love to see this played again, though right now I've been busy with other stuff again. Maybe this weekend I'll be able to get this a step ahead. We'll see.

As said on another thread, I can't recommend putting up a server now. I've seen this happen about three times before during the last years and it failed every time. The problem is, it was never at the right time. The right time to do this is after a new beta release. I know this because I've seen THAT happen as well but during the years before THOSE years. It all depends on the certain amount of public attention that you can get on a beta release to provide you with the experience of a full server, where the game can actually be played the way its intended to be played. As well at least a european server is a waste of money, since I can put up such a server anytime without extra cost. I don't do it because its not the right time, but it will rather soon be time for some alpha testing again. I'm currently working my way down a buglist from the tester forum since I fixed the hl2 versions linux server issue on sunday (YAAAAAAAAAAAAY). Whenevr that ist is out of the way, I'll put up a new alpha. When that one is tested and a couple more alpha, we'll have a beta and THEN is the right time ;-). If you really wanna do something about this mod, then it'd be to help me writing news, because I hate to write news. I can use help with that for this page as well as for moddb and news is the only way to receive some attention. (which we'd bitterly need if we wanna have a successful beta release.)

I support the idea of specific play sessions. It proved to be the most successful thing during our active time. As a biker you can leave teh bike by hitting Q. Orks can be found on one map only. That is .... I dont remmebr the name... I recommend waiting for a few alphas if you intend to run an alpha. In general i recommend to wait for the beta.

hello and welcome! I can start up a server anytime for the alpha, but I'm currently waiting with that for two reasons:
- I'm completely sucked into getting the god damn valve hl2mp sdk to run up a valid server under linux.
- I have a list of bugs that I want to fix after accomplishing the aforementioned thing.

After these two are out of the way, I'll release a new alpha and start up the server again.
