Well, who should do it? I have no clue when a or if you guys would actually have time. It'd need to be one that actually has the time to ask around on the irc channel and the forum to see when would be a good time to get both aussies and euros together.

CANT The Black Templar's Rocket Dreadnaught's assault cannon shoots REALLY slowly.
++ cant reproduce that. it shoots as fast as the stormbolter or heavybolter or jetbike shuriken. 0.15 seconds each shot. if you want to address a balancing issue, please discuss this in a separate thread. ++

so... we're having 4 bug and 1 model reports from 8 months of alpha testing ;-). Hmmm well by this rate the usual amount of a hundret bugs will only be fixed within ... 20 years? BUT I'm up and running to the point that I have a connection

DONE the ork followbots movement gets extrapolated weirdly for some reason.

DONE the server crashes after joining any BT class directly after votemapping to rs_ac_fortress from rs_ca_platform with the following error message:
Host_Error: no precache: models/player_weapon/p_bt_combatknife.mdl
it works though, if choosing IW instead.
rs_ca_platform had BT and NC but NOT IW. I assume the precaching thinks that the BT models are still precached from platform but then realizes, they aren't.

DONE the ork squig has the run anim as idle and idle as run.

DONE the squig picture in the menu is bugged.

DONE the ork warriors miss an attack animation (sequence 5).

WONT: Make warsmiths combie flamer only reload the bolter.
++ how the hell is he supposed to reload the flamer then? better to reload both. we dont have two reload buttons.  ++
DONE:Scorpion leader and flayed one energy dosn't regen
DONE: Warboss firstperson idle animations too far forwards?
++ too far up actually :-). ++
DONE: Ork killa Kan has pic pf squig on HUD

you dont reload the flamer thats the point ;) on TT combi weapons only get one shot per game with the none bolter weapon  :)

rules vs gameplay ;-). I'm glad we had astonishingly few discussions about that during our lifetime. Well in this case, we do have a balancing problem. Additionally, I'm sure we have larger lacks concerning the rules. I've never been eager to run for the rules. instead however, doing the easiest thing to balance the classes. in this case the IW warsmith is sadly a but inferior to the BT captain, because the captain has a plasma pistol.

Hey, I already posted in the other forums but, i'm new here so i'm just wanting say hi =).
Like everyone else that's here i'm sure, I absolutely love Warhammer 40k, and the entire vast, gritty Universe it encompasses.

Is there a steam group for this mods' supporters?

Also, if there's anything I can do to help with this mod, i'd be more than happy to!

Hi and welcome to our graveyard ;-). Take a look around the ruined tombs and breathe the dust of the ages ;-). Yes, there is a steam group, called 'Rival Species'. You will find people working on our follow up there. There will also soon be a new server for this old mod again. However, of course as in any good tomb, there will be nothing but dust and empty halls and a few dead mummies at some rare times :-). If you want to help us (me) with this mod, feel free to shoot around in the tomb, watch the news on this page as they evolve in a rate of one post per month and comment happily on them ;-).

There may come the day that I fill the tomb with undead life of dozens of robots fighting a long lost battle for domination ;-). You may even find it entertaining to enter that battle then.
